History

Govt. Polytechnic, Dhangar was established in 2016 (at guest class GP Sirsa) shifted to its own campus in 2017 with the aim to enhance employability of the youth by equipping them with latest technical skills for suitable employment through technical education.

Today we are running 05 Diploma courses with approximately 650 students on roll under the guidance of matured, dedicated, experienced and highly qualified staff. The Institute is spread over an area of about 08 acres. The campus is laid out with teaching blocks, Play Ground, Workshop Blocks.

Govt. Polytechnic , Dhangar offers well designed honors and professional courses to make the students confident, skillful and self-reliant. Apart from these courses, students are motivated to participate in various co-curricular activities for their personality enhancement. The campus is fully “No-Smoking zone”. Ragging is completely prohibited and punishable. All necessary measures are taken to ensure the safety of the students.
